2022 Numarine 37XP

CHAPTER 3, the 2022 Numarine 37XP is the client's second Numarine having previously owned a 32XP and this experience went into assuring all of the design features onboard met the needs of their family.

CHAPTER 3 is an extremely capable 345 GRT full displacement explorer yacht that has a steel hull & composite superstructure. She has a 4,500nm+ range at cruise speeds and has the ability to carry a massive amount of toys & tenders on her boat deck thanks to a 3 ton davit and endless open deck-space. 

She sleeps up to 14 guests in 6 cabins including a private master's deck on the upper level, spacious VIP forward on the main deck which could double as a second master and down below in the guest accommodations are 4 additional cabins two of which have pulman berths. 

One of the more popular features onboard and a family favorite is the cinema room located in the aft port section of lower deck. 

Crew accommodations include a captain's cabin on the upper deck located off the wheelhouse, crew mess and 3 double cabins on the lower level that sleep 6 and then an adjacent bonus room is home to the expansive laundry facility, additional refrigeration/freezer space, and an extra crew berth with full bath. 

Stepping into the main salon and walking the guest corridor on the lower level really showcases how massive the Numarine 37XP is coming in at 345 gross tons. The salon can easily seat up to 12 and the dining arrangements on each deck allow all the guests to join around the table unlike some layouts that always seem to be a few chairs short. 

Off the formal dining forward in the main deck is the galley located to port. From here you have direct access to crew which you can also access from the lower guest areas allowing for the crew to easily get to heads & beds without interfering with the guests onboard. 

Forward on the main deck is where you would typically find the master cabin, but in this case its the VIP. Due to the plumb bow and hull design this cabin benefits from large windows allowing endless natural light to flood the space. 

Continuing to the upper deck you have that private owner's suite complete with en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and expansive sleeping accommodations with a center line king bed, vanity, and sitting area. 

The wheelhouse has forward raked windows allowing for great visibility and the captain's cabin is located off to port. 

The exterior deck spaces are also what set the Numarine 37XP apart from the competition. CHAPTER 3 has exterior dining both on the main deck back aft & sundeck. She has spacious lounge pads on the main deck aft overlooking the garage/beach club area which has custom toy storage, half bath, and custom storage room with an added washer/dryer and designated AC system for her shore-power converters. Forward on the bow are additional lounge pads, pop-up table and sitting area. 

The bow also has a huge forepeak complete with full size refrigerator freezer, storage for spare parts, lines & deck equipment, the fire system crash pump and chain lockers. Its an extremely useful space for the crew. 

CHAPTER 3 is currently completing her annual maintenance and is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She represents one of the best values in this segment of the market.
