Based in Jupiter, Florida, Brian Popilek brings years of hands-on boating experience and extensive local knowledge to his role as a yacht broker. Having spent countless hours on the water in South Florida, Brian understands vessel performance, coastal navigation, and what today’s buyers expect in a well-maintained, properly equipped boat.
Before entering yacht brokerage, Brian proudly served as a Jupiter Marine Police Officer, where he developed a strong foundation in maritime safety, regulations, and vessel operations. His background in marine law enforcement reflects his disciplined approach, integrity, and attention to detail.
In addition to brokerage, Brian owns and operates a yacht management company, giving him firsthand expertise in vessel maintenance, oversight, and long-term ownership planning. This unique perspective allows him to advise clients not only on buying and selling, but also on protecting and managing their investment after closing.
