About Mark
Captain Mark Jurist brings more than 30 years of hands-on maritime experience to Island Yacht Group. Splitting his time between Ocean City, Maryland and Florida, Mark has spent his life on the water as a licensed captain, running everything from jet skis to 100’ yachts. As the owner of a marina in Fenwick Island, Delaware, he understands boats from every angle—operation, ownership, maintenance, and service. With a long background as a marine mechanic, Mark not only knows how to run a boat, he knows how to fix just about anything, giving his clients a practical and knowledgeable perspective when buying or selling a vessel.
